Every Botanik by Jorji order is hand-packed with care in our studio in Victoria, Australia. We ship using eco-friendly, compostable mailers and recyclable materials - no plastic, no waste, just beautiful products delivered safely.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it on its way to you.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all deliveries with full tracking.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel leaves our studio. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Packaging & Sustainability

All parcels are shipped in eco-friendly compostable mailers and may be cushioned with recyclable or biodegradable materials.

Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely, looking as good as it did when it left our hands - with the lightest footprint possible.

How to Compost Our Mailers

Our mailers are home-compostable, meaning they’ll completely break down - no microplastics, no trace.

To compost them at home, simply remove any labels, cut the bag into smaller pieces, and add them to your compost bin as part of your “brown” materials (like dry leaves or cardboard).

In a healthy home compost setup, they’ll decompose within 90–120 days - sometimes even sooner.

​

If you don’t have a compost bin at home, you can drop them off at a local composting facility, ask your council about green waste options, or visit www.sharewaste.com to find a nearby composting enthusiast who accepts compostable materials.
