We want you to love your Botanik by Jorji products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@botanikbyjorji.com and include your order number or confirmation details so we can assist you quickly.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or store credit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Please email us at info@botanikbyjorji.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review it right away and organise a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Products may be opened or partially used in these cases - that’s completely fine.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
